About Me

Having lived and worked on 4 continents...South Africa, England UK, Australia and now the USA, I'm all about relocation! My husband Keith and I co-owned and operated a marketing and advertising company in Sydney Australia, servicing several FORTUNE 500 clients, mostly international companies. I am absolutely passionate about offering problem solving solutions that make the difference between a miserable experience and a fascinating, fabulous and fun adventure! I am a firm believer that selling a home can and should be stress free and that buying a home can and should be one of the most enjoyable journeys life has to offer! That's pretty much my goal, no matter what!

However, at the end of the day it's first and foremost always about the people...my Buyers and Sellers who continue to give me their ongoing vote of confidence and I am so grateful for the wonderful friends who have been added to my life after we initially met through their Real Estate needs. I am truly "living the dream" in this amazing country, doing everyday that which I love the most....marketing and selling Real Estate!

A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. As a REALTOR® who adheres to this Code of Ethics, I hold myself to a higher standard than a real estate agent. The National Association of REALTORS® was founded in Chicago on May 12, 1908. The association became the largest trade association in the US in the early 1970's and currently has over 1.1 million members.

Code of Ethics

The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. REALTORS® were one of the first of any business group to establish an ethical code in which its members would follow. Those principles were built on the Golden Rule and can be loosely defined as:

Loyalty to clients;

Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;

Cooperation with competitors;

Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.

I have earned my CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation in 2017 by completing the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) training and selling over $30Million in volume over the last 3 years.
